William Street Surgery are pleased to annouce the formation of a Patient Participation Group (PPG).
Our PPG allows you (patients) to give opinions and views, contribute ideas and offer constructive criticism regarding the surgery and the care you receive.
Our first introductory meeting took place on Thursday 22nd March 2012 between 6pm and 7:30pm at the Church Hall, William Street, Herne Bay.
The presentations that were given have been attached to this webpage so you can download these and view them at your own time. You can also download our sign up questionnaire which can then be dropped off at the surgery or emailed to eck-pct.receptionwilliamstreetsurgery@nhs.net
